Sue Ryder Brontë Off Road Bike Challenge 2026 returns to the rugged moors of Brontë Country on 20 September 2026, inviting riders of all abilities to take on a spectacular off road adventure while raising vital funds for Sue Ryder’s expert care.
Starting and finishing at Haworth West End Cricket Club, this much loved cycling event is organised by the Manorlands Cycling Events Fundraising Group and generously sponsored by All Terrain Cycles and Pure Lettings.
Thanks to their support, every entry fee goes directly towards Sue Ryder’s local care services.
Whether you ride a mountain bike, gravel bike, cyclo-cross rider or ebike, there is a route to suit your ability. 🚴♂️
This will be the 19th edition of the event, formerly known as the Bronte Mountain Bike Challenge.
Riders who raise £50 or more in sponsorship will be entered into a prize draw to win a mystery bike related prize from All Terrain Cycles. Team entries for groups of four are available on all routes.
All participants receive:
-
A bespoke cycling water bottle courtesy of Pure Lettings
-
A well earned complimentary hot meal at the finish
On the same day, the Bronte Half Marathon will also take place. Why not tackle the 26.4 mile Charlotte route and challenge a runner to complete half your distance to see who finishes first?
